Yesterday, I was deeply moved by the inspirational story of a newfound friend. This friend opened my mind to the internet and its vast opportunities to build causes. She has begun a cause of her own and has a very detailed life story that I look forward to getting to know better.

I think often in life we get caught up thinking we cannot make a difference in the world. Whenever someone begins a cause, the seed is planted. It can grow through the faith and support of people who care. The internet can help with that.
My friend's cause is just beginning. What other causes can you think of that use the internet to help facilitate them? I would really love to know.
